Support young adults aged 18–21 who are aging out of Georgia’s foster care system, helping prevent them from falling into homelessness and empowering them to succeed independently.
Key Programs:

Independent Living Program (ILP):Provides transitional housing for up to ~16 participants in Savannah. Residents receive stable shelter while working on employment, education, and life skills.

Permanency Mentor Program:
Matches young adults with dedicated mentors who offer long-term guidance on life, career, and personal development. -
Trauma Intervention (HavINN Room):A dedicated space offering counseling and therapeutic support to address emotional and psychological needs.

With Love Project:
A holiday initiative delivering gifts and essential items to foster children supported by the Department of Family and Children Services (DFACS).
